Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the new rate takes effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, CCBill. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
What are LustCoins?
LustCoins are our in-app virtual currency used for premium actions like image generation and advanced AI interactions. Premium and Ultimate subscribers receive monthly LustCoins as part of their plan. Additional LustCoins can be purchased separately. LustCoins have no cash value and are non-refundable.
Is there a free trial for Premium or Ultimate?
We do not currently offer a free trial, but our Free plan lets you experience the core features of Lustmate at no cost. You can upgrade whenever you are ready to unlock premium capabilities.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your characters and conversations are retained for 90 days after cancellation, allowing you to resubscribe and pick up where you left off. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted. You can request immediate data deletion by contacting support.
Do unused LustCoins roll over?
Monthly LustCoins included with your subscription do not roll over to the next month. However, separately purchased LustCoins do not expire as long as your account remains active.
How does billing work?
All payments are processed securely through CCBill, a trusted payment processor. Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. Annual plans are billed as a single payment for 12 months.
